4161 N Camino Arco for sale in Tucson, Arizona 85718 from Michelle Hotchkiss on Vimeo.

When it comes to spotlighting the amazing historic architecture that defines so many Tucson homes, my friend Michelle Hotchkiss over at Atomic Tucson is the absolute expert.

She curates and sponsors the Tucson Modernism Week annual home tour, she was voted best real estate agent by the Tucson Weekly, and she’s basically just completely nuts about all things cool, vintage and mid-century. Ranch, bungalow, burnt adobe ramblers — she’s on it.

The house in this video was a beautiful Tom Gist burnt adobe design and the views were totally gorgeous, so my job of showing it off was honestly pretty easy — for the bulk of the spot I set up a slew of moving time-lapse shots, edited/ post-processed the images, and then basically just let the Tucson scenery (along with several interior stills taken by David Olsen) do the heavy lifting.

Note to any prospective house hunters out there: sadly this listing is no longer valid (the property sold right away.)
